Car refrigerator production line

Auto parts production line
Brake-Disc Line: 180 tech-staff, 8 CNC cells, 1 shift = 2,000 pcs/day.
Material: G3000 grey iron, 250 HB min, carbon 3.4 %, tensile 310 MPa.
Machining: 0.01 mm run-out, 0.02 mm thickness variation, Ra 1.2 µm.
Auto-check: 100 % crack-eddy, 50 bar pressure leak, 500 °C thermal warp ≤0.05 mm.
Balancing: ≤0.5 g·mm, 30,000 rpm test, NVH 68 dB.
QC: 3-stage, 0.25 % AQL, 97.8 % pass, full laser trace code.
Output 600 k pcs/yr, ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 certified, shipped to 40 OEMs worldwide.
