Grey Cast-Iron G3000 – cast, machined and balanced to Nissan OE data for factory fit, quiet operation and long service life.

Manufactured in an IATF-16949 plant that ships the same part number to Nissan assembly lines worldwide.

– CNC-turned outer Ø, thickness and bolt circle to Nissan drawing—installs without spacers, shims or re-machining.

– Hub pilot and ABS tone-ring slots held ± 0.01 mm—zero lateral run-out, no brake judder or dashboard ABS lights.

2. GREY CAST-IRON G3000 CHEMISTRY

– 3.3 % C, 2.0 % Si, 0.7 % Mn, ≤ 0.15 % P, ≤ 0.12 % S—identical melt used on Altima, Rogue, Frontier, Qashqai.

– Pearlite matrix, 200-230 HB: high wear resistance, excellent thermal conductivity and natural vibration damping.

3. HIGH-CAPACITY VENTILATED CORE

– 44 directional vanes increase airflow 16 %, cutting peak temperature 65 °C during repeated 100-0 km/h stops.

– Single-piece casting—no welded seams to fail under heavy loads or mountain descents.

4. SURFACE FINISH & PRECISION BALANCE

– Non-directional swirl, Ra ≤ 1.6 µm—beds-in within 20 stops, no greenfade.

5. ANTI-CORROSION COATING

– Electro-zinc on hat, outer rim and vane mouths—96 h salt-spray per ASTM B117, no rusty hats behind alloy wheels.

INSTALLATION NOTE

Clean hub face with wire brush, apply thin anti-seize on contact shoulders only, torque wheel nuts to 108 N·m (M12) in star pattern.

Bed-in: 8 moderate stops 80 km/h → 30 km/h with 30 s cooling between each.
